Abstract: Six years after its establishment, BioCoderDojo Timișoara continues to stand out as a unique, non-formal, and freely accessible educational initiative driven by volunteer mentors. The program brings together high school students passionate about life sciences and those interested in programming, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and learning. Through weekly sessions, participants are exposed to scientific knowledge, technological ecosystems, hands-on experimentation, project development, and community engagement, cultivating both technical expertise and a spirit of innovation.
