We will teach you about LLM agents, how they work, and how you can make them use call tools and communicate with each other. We will use our https://github.com/longevity-genie/just-agents library as an example, but the principles there are universal. We will also explain what is Model Context Protocol (MCP), why it is so much hype about it and show how you can use bioinformatic and general purpose MCP servers.

What you will know in the end:
Anton Kulaga is a bioinformatician focused on life extension and aging research, affiliated with the Institute for Biostatistics and Informatics in Medicine and Ageing Research (IBIMA) and the Systems Biology of Aging Group at the Institute of Biochemistry of the Romanian Academy of Sciences. Since 2015, he has concentrated on multi-omics analysis, developing next-generation sequencing pipelines, analyzing large datasets, and applying machine learning to gene expression patterns and bioinformatic LLM agents. An active open-source developer, Kulaga founded the Just-DNA-Seq personal genomics platform and co-founded the Longevity Genie project, which aims to utilize large language models for health, genetics, and longevity research.
Livia Zaharia is a citizen scientist and founder of GlucoseDAO. She has worked with the libraries from Longevity Genie repo for quite a while even though not from their founding.
Being more close to the period where she was just an enthusiast coder, she is well suited for presentations for audiences newer to programming.
